ENA drivers are available for all supported operating systems (e.g. Linux, Windows, DPDK, FreeBSD, MacOS, ) and run on the host virtual machine. The Linux, DPDK, and FreeBSD ENA drivers are open-source and available in the official drivers github and corresponding operating systems repositories. The ENA drivers are responsible to manage the interface between the Nitro controller and the virtual instance, manage resources and configurations, and implement various networking enhanced features.

Key job responsibilities
As a student in the ENA Drivers team, you will participate in the development of kernel-space and user-space network drivers running on the customers virtual machines. You will continuously evolve technically, learn and utilize new technologies and software engineering methodologies, gain knowledge and proficiency in networking and embedded concepts, contribute and help maintaining the high quality of the teams deliverables.
