Key Responsibilities
Support and execute the compensation plans of each of the Companys Sales Team
Introducing compensation plan guidelines to new hires in the sales department
Assistance in the monthly commission payments process
Requirements: One and a half years or more remaining of studies in Economics or Business Management
Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
Highly driven and self-motivated
Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated
Experience with Microsoft Excel Advantage
