Technical Field Manager Required for a Leading Company in its Field
The role includes:
Managing maintenance for four client sites (in the Haifa and Beer Sheva areas), covering approximately 12,000 square meters (frequent site visits).
Direct management of a maintenance team, including remote management.
Responsibility for the operation of electro-mechanical systems such as: air conditioning and chillers, UPS, electrical rooms, generators, fire detection and suppression systems.
Managing a preventive maintenance program and breakdown maintenance, overseeing service requests and service metrics.
Leading annual service agreements, overseeing suppliers, contractors, and other service providers.
Leading safety protocols at the sites.
Managing and supporting technical projects at the sites, shutdown activities, integrations, and more.
Knowledge and understanding of budgeting, preparing annual budgets, and participating in management meetings.

Requirements: Chief Electrician License or higher is required.
Proven knowledge of air conditioning systems, chillers, UPS, fire suppression, and generators.
Experience in operating and maintaining Data Centers is an advantage.
At least 3-5 years of experience in managing technical teams.
Very good English skills: speaking, writing reports, and handling email correspondence with international teams.
Availability for emergency calls as needed, 24/7.
Proficiency in all computer applications: email, presentations, and Excel reports.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
