We are looking for a highly skilled and driven HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a comprehensive role. This position will involve end-to-end hiring processes, focusing on both technological and non-technological positions, alongside handling employee relations, welfare, and HR initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities:
* Manage full cycle hiring processes for technological roles and non-technological positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
* HR processes, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding.
* Plan and execute welfare activities and company events to foster a positive work environment.
* Maintain and manage HR databases and reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
* Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.

Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent acquisition.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
* Experience in welfare, employee relations, and HR operations an advantage!
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Experience working with HR systems.
* Bachelor's degree -in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
