Our Global Support Operation team oversees customer site operations around the world, providing service and handling issues that arise in the field around the clock. We are looking for a motivated and experienced team leader. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and professional liaison between the company's clients and internal departments within the organization
Responsibilities:
* Control and monitor global systems, in charge of monitoring system integrity, installed at airports around the world.
* Managing operations team (schedule shifts, tracking tasks and performance, documentation, updating technical materials, training and hiring new employees)
* Troubleshooting and provide solutions via remote control
* Generate system performance reports, log analysis
* Manage various events with focus on malfunctions, providing professional response to customers and internal departments
* Customers RMA management, following the contracts and compliance with service agreements.
Requirements:
* Tech-savvy with great Technical skills and knowledge
* Relevant education or proven experience in a technical filed (IT / NOC / Electronics)
* Familiarity with Priority / SQL / Linux
* Knowledge of communication and networking protocols (IT), Remote sensing systems, Multidisciplinary systems
* Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Experience in training – Advantage
* Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role - an advantage
* Data analytics capability and analytical thinking
* Service oriented, Responsible, affinity for multitasking with precision
* Good communication skills in English and Hebrew
* Willing to travel to customers sites when needed
* Willing to support customers remotely when needed (off-hours)
