Your tasks as a logistics specialist include:
- Manage stock located in the Vans and HS for MO-IL.
- Plan effective distribution to our storage locations.
- Complaint handling and management for Transport and Warehousing.
- Process standardization based on BPM.
- KPI improvement and SFM implementation and sustainability.
- Use as root cause analysis to identify reason for delays and escalate to correct groups internally and externally.
- Work with warehousing service partner on daily basis to plan and schedule distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/ damaged goods, maintenance and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Continuously explore potential for improvements within managed processes and activities.
- Work closely with the team to achieve targets.
- Give structured and timely response to customers needs.
Requirements:
What you need is:
Completed university studies (Bachelor / Master), ideally with a focus on logistics, supply chain or engineering.
3-5 years professional experience in logistics.
Strong Microsoft and PC skills; including Access, Excel, PowerPoint,
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Problem solving and decision-making skills.
Verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Ability to effectively steer processes and achieve results.
Able to understand priorities and work accordingly.
High level of motivation, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mentality required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work in operational and office environment.
Willingness to develop your carrier short and long terms.
