Develop training content: qualification courses, lesson layouts, exercises, written manuals, presentations, handouts, etc..
Develop digital training content: e-learnings, videos, etc.
Operate an organizational LMS.
Identify and define departmental needs and develop the appropriate learning solutions.
Work with multiple interfaces and systems.
Mentor department trainers.
Requirements:
Minimum of one-year experience as Instructional Design.
Proficient in developing lesson layouts, e-learnings and learning videos
Experience with LMS platforms.
Experience and proficiency with articulate storyline.
Very high level of English, including excellent grammar and spelling.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Good people skills.
Able to multi-task.
Degree in Instructional Technologies.
