Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise grade information systems and technology. Manage and monitor multiple VMware vCenter environments. Ensure assets are responsibly and properly managed through life cycle. Maintains overall system compliance with information security policies and procedures. Design, deploy, and TEST disaster recovery solutions for global centralized and decentralized applications. Manage Okta Identity Management platform for SSO and MFA Manage and oversee Office 365 enterprise tenant. Including but not limited to AzureAD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Manage Secure email gateway Mimecast and O365 ATP Management of Active Directory and its subcomponents Group Policy, Sites and Services, DNS, etc Serves as technical subject matter expert for the resolution of issues related to private or hosted infrastructure. Works towards cost effective solutions and enhancements to optimize functionality within the system. Research options, performs cost benefit analysis, and develops written recommendations. Manages and tunes platforms to ensure expected availability, performance and security levels are achieved. Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks as needed. Monitor server and network uptime. Makes recommendations to improve faults as needed. Manage fleet of Windows servers Serve as escalation point to assist in troubleshooting of infrastructure issues. Works independently or as a team member for multiple infrastructure related projects. Performs other related duties as assigned.

As the Head of Products Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our AI and data products under the guidance of the CEO. With a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of AI and data, you will collaborate closely with customers, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful products, maintain high-quality standards, and foster long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
       Lead and manage the entire products  lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring products are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
       Collaborate with the CEO, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to define prodact scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with customer requirements and business goals.
       Work closely with customers, establishing strong relationships, and serving as their main point of contact throughout and after prodact completion.
       Provide expert guidance to customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
       Manage prodact resources, including personnel, budgets, and timelines, optimizing prodact efficiency and effectiveness.
       Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting cross-functional teamwork and communication.
       Monitor and track prodact progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful prodact outcomes.
       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI and data prodact management, applying them to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

* Partner with IT, and Digital Product Managers to manage Customer Experience roadmap and backlog for all digital products ensuring that Maytronics products and created value truly distinguish.
* Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user preference.
* Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
* Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors and be a real market pioneer.
* Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement, perform benchmark and analysis of what can make a difference.
