we are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between team members and the CMO.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective project coordination.
Analytics and Optimization:
Provide regular reporting, analytics, and KPI insights for digital marketing functions.
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of all marketing materials, both online and offline.
Content Management:
Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, engagement tracking, and community management.
Lead content creation and optimization efforts, utilizing graphic design skills and AI tools for website content.
Research and Strategy:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Work closely with the SEO Marketing Manager on content strategies.
Team Development and Support:
Mentor and develop team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Assist the CMO by taking on administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: College degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in written English.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a deep understanding of marketing concepts.
Computer proficiency and advanced Excel skills (a big plus).
Familiarity with CRMs and business intelligence report building.
Knowledge of digital marketing functions (SEO, PPC, Social Media).
Enthusiastic about adapting to the dynamic marketing industry.
