We are looking for a top talent System Engineer that can lead a multi-geographical large-scale and multi-disciplinary project.

Your responsibility will be to manage the development of an innovative satellite communication antenna system and terminal for airborne applications.
Requires strong technical leadership, customer relationships, schedule, and budgetary considerations, matrix management of staff, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Technical leadership of the development of multidisciplinary airborne systems for satellite telecommunications on the move.
Responsibility for system definition and requirements, technical leadership of system design, along with the adaptation of new technologies.
Working closely and leading the R&D development teams and sub-contractors, in a matrix environment, both local and abroad.
An ongoing relationship with the company customers.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree, from a recognized academic institution.
M.Sc. an advantage.
Experience with RF, Microwave, or Antenna technologies Must.
Previous background in R&D Must.
Prior experience as a system engineer Major advantage.
Willingness to travel (25%, about one week per month).
English - High level, including technical.
