We are looking for a Hardware team leader for lead and guide Electronics/ Hardware engineers. Design, development, implementation, verification, and validation Embedded electrical board and systems for the new generation of Maytronics robots and products. From the board design according to the system requirement thru the final product in the production line launching. Leadership and Team management
* Lead and mentor the HW engineers, practical engineers, and testing engineers.
* Set clear objectives for team members, ensuring that they align with project goals and timelines.
* Foster a collaborative environment and encourage continuous learning and improvement within the team.
* Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career growth for team members.
* Ability of multidisciplinary team lead, subcontractors coordination, scope definition of multidisciplinary projects.
* Lead HW development process of design, layout, testing, electronics parts ordering, work with NPI and HW compliance tests. Technical:
* Define, implement, and assimilate of HW development work methodology.
* Define HW architecture, technology, ATP and KPI's to meet product requirements.
* Hands on development at least 60% of the time.
* Implement and improve HW features on our products, generate new ideas and new technologies.
* Ability of ATP definition, results analysis and corrective action design definition accordingly.
* system specification assistance, HW specification definition, ATP definition. Collaboration and Communication (interfaces):
* Work with cross organization colleagues to define scope of work, work plans and set expectation on deliveries content and quality.

* BSc / MSc Electronic Engineer
* At least 5 years' experience in team lead
* At least 10 years experience in HW development and Board design
* Team player capabilities
* Strong hands on, fast learner and proactive approach
* Background in multidisciplinary systems
* Experience in analog and power design.
* Experience in motion and motors driving.
* Experience in Low Power design.
* Experience in Design with microcontrollers ST or similar.
* Experience in DFx testing, manufacturing, maintainability.
* Experience in design to meet Safety, EMC, Radio
* Experience in RF systems integration and testing.
* Experience with Altium
* Experience in high speed (ARM's CPU's > 1GHz)- Advantage.
* Experience in electrooptical electronics modules design Advantage.
* Background in Cellular, WI-FI, BT and Sub GHz RF Advantage
