At Equashield, we develop robotic and software systems that protect healthcare workers from hazardous drugs and ensure safe, accurate medication preparation. Our systems run across robots, hospital servers, and cloud infrastructure, and reliability is mission critical.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multi-target systems, including:
- Linux -based robotic software
- Windows-based hospital on-prem servers
- AWS-hosted central backend services
Own Orchestration environments for development, testing, and production deployments.
Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, including versioning, rollback strategies, and environment parity.
Operate and improve AWS infrastructure, including networking, compute, Storage, monitoring, and security best practices.
Ensure secure, reliable communication between robots, local hospital servers, and the AWS
Requirements: B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3-6 years of hands-on DevOps / Infrastructure experience.
Strong experience with Linux environments and scripting.
Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) in production systems.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
experience working with AWS (EC2, networking, IAM, Storage, monitoring, etc.)
Familiarity with Windows Server environments, especially for on-prem enterprise systems
Solid understanding of networking concepts, security, and system reliability.
