In this role, you will help to develop and maintain emulation infrastructure, tools, and workflow methodologies supporting our Application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) projects. You will provide emulation infrastructure and methodologies for supporting these projects. You will work with other emulation team members as well as designers, verification engineers, and software teams. You will work with with our external vendors, lab support teams, networking and security, and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tooling and methodology teams to deliver emulation based prototyping capabilities for our ASIC projects. You will also assist in compiling projects specifying our prototyping platforms, debugging issues in both infrastructure and design, assisting in the hardware and lab bring up, and verification of our ASIC systems.

Responsibilities
Help in maintaining and upgrading emulation infrastructure and act as a primary interface to emulation vendors.
Explore emulation methodologies, gather feedback from the team, and implement emulation workflows and methodologies.
Create tooling and automation to support emulation Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools, licensing, and job management in our company infrastructure.
Support emulation team members with debugging hardware, tooling, and project specific issues.
Help to bring up external interfaces (e.g., USB, PCIe, Ethernet, etc.) on the emulation platforms, and create standalone test cases for tool issues encountered in the emulation compile and runtime flows.

What you'll be doing:

You will manage the networking software programs for our next generation AI Data centers.

Responsible to integrate between all project stakeholders such as product, engineering teams in IL and around the world, operations, etc. from initial requirements definition through Architectural stage, execution, and delivery.

Develop and execute feature planning and prioritization of perception capabilities to meet the software programs' needs.

Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks in time, and find resolution with technical leaders and project management.

Work with product managers, architects, and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

What youll be doing:

Define the next generations of Spectrum-X, InfiniBand and NVLink SW architecture.

Research of various solutions by defining and running POCs, evaluate SW and HW impact and conveying the solution architecture to the relevant teams. The solutions can span over various layers: from algorithms and high level software to firmware and HW.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including other architecture teams, VLSI logic design, system software, firmware, and research teams, to ensure the successful execution of the project.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Operations Team Leader to manage and oversee all internal IT support operations across our global organization. This pivotal role requires someone with strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, cloud-native software environment.
You will lead a distributed team of IT Support Engineers across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of our internal IT systems and user support services. You will be responsible for critical platforms and processes that enable our employees to work efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a global team of IT Support Engineers across multiple time zones.
Manage daily operations, workload allocation, ticket prioritization, and team performance.
Define and enforce SLAs and KPIs for support services.
Oversee the administration and optimization of key platforms including: Google Workspace, Okta (SSO and identity lifecycle management), Office 365, Mobile Device Management platforms
Ensure all endpoints (Mac and Windows) are properly managed, secured, and compliant with policies.
Supervise the provisioning and deprovisioning of hardware and software for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
Own and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring seamless and secure transitions.
Partner with Employee Services and Security teams on cross-functional initiatives, including access reviews, compliance audits, and automation.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains in IT support operations.
Drive global standardization of IT tools, processes, and documentation.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to internal systems, collaboration tools, and infrastructure.
