We are seeking a Senior Software Architect - Agentic AI to lead the architecture and technical strategy for scalable, secure, and governed agentic AI systems, establishing the frameworks, standards, and reference architectures that enable AI agents to operate safely, reliably, and effectively within complex enterprise environments.
As a Senior Software Architect - Agentic AI, you will be responsible for:
Defining the architectural vision, principles, and long-term strategy for enterprise-scale agentic AI platforms and capabilities.
Designing scalable, secure, and governed architectures for AI agent orchestration, coordination, and execution across enterprise environments.
Establishing architectural standards, reusable patterns, and reference architectures for agent platforms, workflows, and governance.
Defining secure integration frameworks for AI agents interacting with enterprise systems, data, and applications.
Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align agentic architecture with business goals and enterprise requirements.
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to ensure scalable and reusable agentic AI solutions.
Establishing frameworks to assess agent performance, reliability, risk, and production readiness.
Requirements: Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field advanced degree.
Have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, platform engineering, or a related technical field.
Have proven experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems, enterprise software platforms, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures.
Have hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures, orchestration frameworks, tool integration, retrieval systems, and model evaluation.
Have proven experience in enterprise Python development, including testing, observability, dependency management, and production-grade practices.
Demonstrate Understanding of integrating deterministic systems with AI components, including reliability, governance, evaluation, and operational risk.
Have basic familiarity with LLM/SLM concepts, including fine-tuning, inference, evaluation, and how models are integrated into agentic systems.
