As the Head of Performance Marketing , you will lead the companys user acquisition and growth efforts end-to-end- from strategy and execution to optimization and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead and scale the company's user acquisition activity across all media channels, managing and optimizing large-scale performance marketing campaigns across Search, Social, Native, and additional paid channels, while overseeing significant marketing budgets including forecasting, allocation, scaling, and efficiency tracking.
Drive continuous optimization through data analysis, experimentation, and performance improvements, developing and implementing advanced user acquisition and growth strategies to meet business KPIs, while owning campaign performance analysis and providing actionable insights to improve ROI, CPA, LTV, and revenue growth.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creatives, funnels, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign setups.
Utilize analytics platforms, BI systems, and reporting tools to extract insights and support data-driven decision making.
Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Analytics, Clients team and additional cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives and marketing efforts.
Build and improve internal processes for campaign management, optimization, reporting, and operational scalability.
Lead, and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale acquisition campaigns across online marketing platforms performance based for the US audience.
Strong expertise in one of the following platforms (Google, Meta, Tiktok), including campaign set- up, optimization, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.
Deep understanding of paid acquisition funnels, attribution models, conversion optimization, and growth methodologies.
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition activity and driving measurable business growth.
Experience managing high marketing budgets in global markets.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
