Were seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead and build a high-impact team that connects Product, Marketing, and Sales. Youll define how product marketing operates , build the systems that make it scalable, and turn product and customer insight into a clear GTM strategy and compelling storytelling.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, lead a team, and still roll up their sleeves when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and scale our Product Marketing team.
Build the frameworks, playbooks, and operating rituals that help the team work effectively and at scale.
Own GTM strategy and execution for product launches and new initiatives.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure tight alignment and real business impact.
Define messaging and positioning that clearly differentiate Connecteam and resonate with our audiences.
Build and maintain ICPs, personas, and value propositions that are grounded in a deep understanding of real customers.
Translate discovery calls, customer insights, and market data into sharp messaging and campaigns.
Create sales and marketing enablement materials (decks, guides, case studies, battlecards, and more).
Develop internal training and content to align teams on product knowledge, audiences, and use cases.
Oversee competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and market insight frameworks.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of building or scaling Product Marketing teams, frameworks, and processes.
Strong grasp of go-to-market planning, product storytelling, and customer segmentation.
Experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills with strong content and narrative instincts.
Strategic yet hands-on - able to zoom out to define direction and zoom in to execute.
A natural collaborator who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work.
