This is a unique hybrid role for someone who started as a designer or front-end developer and expanded into digital marketing, content production, and web optimization.
Youll manage our WordPress websites, build high-converting landing pages, and produce engaging video content that powers our campaigns across web, social, and paid media.

As part of your role, you will:
Web & Front-End
Maintain and update WordPress-based websites (pages, styling, performance, plugins).
Build and deploy landing pages and content blocks using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ensure smooth mobile responsiveness and UX best practices.
Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to translate briefs into fully functional web pages.
Maintain visual consistency and performance across all web properties.
Video & Visual Content
Create and edit short-form videos for social media, ads, landing pages, and product walkthroughs.
Repurpose existing footage into polished, platform-native content (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta).
Add subtitles, music, branding, and transitions to enhance production quality.
Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience across WordPress, front-end development, and marketing content.
Proven ability to design, build, and launch landing pages for campaigns, product releases, and lead generation.
Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working knowledge of PHP especially for customizing WordPress themes and plugin behavior.
Experience building pages from scratch or adapting templates, with a strong eye for responsiveness, speed, and performance.
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, or Photoshop.
Self-sufficient, organized, and fast-executing across multiple web and content projects.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with Elementor or other WordPress visual builders.
Understanding of SEO, site performance, and page optimization.
Previous experience in B2B/B2C SaaS, tech, or sports-related industries.
Familiarity with basic tracking tools like GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.
Experience with content planning tools or CMS workflows
