We are seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT operations, and technical expertise in both Mac and Windows environments.
This role involves managing office IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and assisting with various IT-related tasks, including hardware and software setup, network administration, and user support.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support in both MacOS and Windows environments, including managing IT-related procedures for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Oversee and support various aspects of the office IT infrastructure, including design, implementation, and user engagement.
Facilitate the setup of new computer systems and user accounts, and manage IT equipment procurement.
Assist with network administration tasks, including DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing, ensuring the smooth operation of the companys IT systems.
Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Office 365 tenants, SharePoint, and Active Directory (including Azure AD and hybrid deployments).
Provide support for video conferencing systems, including audio/visual configurations for corporate presentations and events.
Handle software distribution and device management using tools like Intune and Jamf.
Assist with firewall and VPN management (Fortigate/CheckPoint/F5) to ensure the security of IT systems.
Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role.
Demonstrated technical expertise in Mac and Windows environments.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Office 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
Basic knowledge of networking principles and experience with both Apple and PC hardware.
Strong problem-solving skills, service orientation, and the ability to learn independently.
Availability for after-hours work, including nights and weekends, in case of emergencies.
Strong commitment to customer service and continuous learning.
Advantages:
