Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce short-form videos optimized for platforms like TikTok, instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Implement performance marketing principles, focusing on elements like hooks, drops, pacing, and call-to-actions to maximize viewer engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align video content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Analyze video performance metrics to inform and refine editing strategies.
- Manage and organize raw footage, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of content.
Requirements: - Proven experience in video editing, particularly for performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and how they apply to video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Ability to interpret data analytics to enhance video performance.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition and pacing.
