We are seeking a Talented Senior Software Engineer to join our EE team. You will join a dynamic team focused on handling of complex customer issues that require deep product knowledge, advanced troubleshooting, and close collaboration with development.
Responsibilities
Resolve complex escalations, that require deep technical expertise
ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Execute Deep Technical Investigation & Root Cause Analysis -
Reviewing logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards
Analyzing service interactions and Identifying patterns and anomalies
Producing RCA summaries and next steps
Drive Automation and AI‑Based Troubleshooting
Maintain High Expertise in Product Areas and Cross‑Discipline Technologies
Improve Product Supportability and Provide Feedback to DEV/PM.
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on development experience
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (C#)
BSc in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent from a leading institution -Advantage
Experience in UI development -Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for debugging and fixing front-end issues
Experience in multi-threaded and asynchronous programming
Performance analysis and optimization - Advantage
Database development experience (Sql)- Advantage
Hands on with Kubernetes- Advantage
Hands on experience with Linux and working in a Saas environment - Advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, with the ability to see the bigger picture from a limited set of data
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies quickly
English - fluent, verbal and writing.
