We are seeking for Senior Indirect Buyer leading all indirect categories executing all indirect procurement activities across the organization. The buyer will be responsible negotiating, contracting, and maintaining supplier relationships for a wide range of indirect categories such as software products, license renewals, IT equipment, professional services, lease agreements, facilities, and corporate services.
The role requires a highly independent and experienced professional with strong negotiation skills, deep understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, HR, Finance, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement for all indirect categories: software, SaaS, hardware, IT equipment, services, facilities, HR services, consulting, travel, and lease agreements.
Manage software license renewals, subscription tracking, and vendor lifecycle management.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, and contractual agreements to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.
Collaborate closely with Legal to review, revise, and finalize commercial contracts and service agreements.
Partner with IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to gather requirements, define specifications, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, processes.
Build and manage strong vendor relationships, including performance monitoring and risk mitigation.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to indirect spend.
Act as a subject-matter expert in procurement best practices and coach internal stakeholders.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience as an Indirect Buyer / Procurement Specialist in high-tech or global companies.
Strong expertise in sourcing and negotiation of software, IT equipment, SaaS contracts, renewal management, and services.
Proven ability to independently lead complex procurement activities and drive results.
Experience working with Legal, HR, IT, and Finance teams in a matrixed environment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
High level of integrity and ability to enforce procurement policies across the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement tools ,Netsuite - an advantage.
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, legal, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
