Located in Tel Aviv.
The Instructional Designer will create engaging digital learning experiences for the company, including designing, developing, and implementing courses in the LMS.
This role blends instructional design, digital content development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design digital learning paths based on adult learning principles.
*Edit and refine content with the Content Writing team; define course structure and flow.
*Develop e-learning modules, videos, and certifications directly in the LMS.
*Upload, organize, and maintain courses, quizzes, and assessments; troubleshoot technical issues.
*Work with SMEs to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy.
*Analyze learner feedback and data to improve learning effectiveness.
Requirements: Requirements:
*2+ years of experience in website or digital course development.
*Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Intellum).
*Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
*Experience with data analysis.
*Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
*Experience with Storyline or similar authoring tools.
*Familiarity with learning analytics and reporting.
*Experience in tech or operations environments.
