our company, a leading defense company, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee and drive all HR activities at its Beit Shean manufacturing site.
This is a critical, hands-on leadership role that partners closely with site management and works collaboratively across HR disciplines to execute people strategies that directly support operational performance, organizational stability, and employee engagement.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Beit Shean.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations at the site, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, and organizational development.
Collaborate with HR functions in Talent Acquisition, OD, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience to deliver integrated solutions.
Plan and manage site-level compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and rewards programs.
Drive initiatives that strengthen inclusion, engagement, and retention.
Support change management and continuous improvement efforts across the site.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field; Masters degree an advantage.
5+ years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Broad understanding of all HR domains, including compensation and benefits planning.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
Strategic mindset with practical, hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
