Responsibilities include:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles
Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases
Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records
Ensure an excellent candidate experience
Support recruitment process improvements and additional tasks
Provide administrative support and assist with special projects
Employee Hiring Process
Guide candidates from application through offer stage
Coordinate follow-up interviews and required assessments
Manage the offer process with candidates and hiring managers
Support onboarding and transfer of information to relevant departments.
Requirements: 1+ year of full-cycle recruitment experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
