The Learning OD Student will be an integral part of the Tower Semiconductor L OD team.
In this role, you will support the design and development of learning solutions, contribute to the implementation of digital learning through the LXP platform, and assist in creating engaging learning experiences across the organization. You will also help manage learning operations, analyze learning data, and coordinate training activities to ensure a smooth learning experience for employees.

Requirements: Masters student in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field
Bachelors student in Behavioral Sciences, Education, or related field, with military experience in training or instructional roles.
Previous experience in L D, OD, HR, or Instructional Designer an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hebrew English)
Attention to detail and high sense of ownership
Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
Creative problem-solving and curiosity for continuous learning
Ability to demonstrate composure under pressure and high-volume workload
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LXPs
Ability to assess L OD needs across multiple departments
