Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Salesforce Architect to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement Salesforce and many other Business Application solutions that align with our strategic goals for our company ERM division (Cyberint)
You will be the key in designing systems and Business Apps that turn performance data into actionable insights, thereby increasing revenue, reducing costs, and lowering risk for both internal and external customers.
As a domain expert, you will be responsible for understanding unmet business and user needs, leading the development of innovative solutions, and bridging the gap between customer requirements and technological advancements. Your contributions will be vital in driving the success of Business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in technical and business discussions to shape the future direction of Salesforce architecture aligned with further Biz Apps, leveraging insights to drive strategic initiatives which are involving integrations and automations.
Assist in analysing, designing, and developing a comprehensive roadmap and implementation plan that aligns current capabilities with future state objectives within a cohesive architecture viewpoint (i.e. Integration between our SaaS platform and CRM)
Gather and analyse data to develop architectural requirements at the project level, ensuring solutions are robust and scalable.
Contribute to the development of software and data delivery platforms by creating reusable components that can be orchestrated together into diverse methods, optimizing Salesforce solutions and enlarging the visibility level for our Business.
Guide problem management activities and work with MIS teams to create fixes based on the root cause analysis.
Day-to-day leadership (planning and execution) of a Distributed Application and infrastructure, comprising third-party vendors, to ensure effective application operations meeting business Growth requirements.
Communicate, present and convince co-workers of all levels!

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in industrial and management Eng. (B.Sc.), Computer Science or STEM Majors.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working on Salesforce and further integrated Biz Apps (SFDC Administrator and Developer)
Deepproficiencywith Salesforce platform and integrations with further Marketing Biz Apps (HubSpot, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, Salesloft etc)

We are seeking an experienced and talented Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This is a diverse and fast-paced position that touches on a variety of topics, including company forecasting, product pricing, procurement support, continuous improvement of operational processes, report and presentation preparation, and cross-departmental collaboration.



Responsibilities
Prepare and manage company forecasts and support the sales department with forecasting
Responsible for product pricing
Collaborate closely with many departments across the organization
Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects
Drive continuous improvement of operational processes
Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) and configuration control
Participate in inventory-related decision-making
Prepare reports and presentations for management
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management required
Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multidisciplinary operational environment
Familiarity with complex Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience with Agile methodology an advantage
Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently
Quick learner of new software tools
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
High analytical abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
