Seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to manage and execute training, with an edge for AI-related programs. This role focuses on coordinating projects, syncing with multiple stakeholders and interfaces (local and global), and ensuring effective rollout of training across the organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee planning and implementation of training, both in AI and other organizational learning programs.
Coordinate and synchronize between teams, departments & internal partners.
Lead execution of workshops and courses: from scheduling and logistics to hands-on facilitation and follow-up.
Support the development and adaptation of learning content; engage with internal and external experts to enrich training materials.
Analyze feedback, report on outcomes, and drive improvements in learning effectiveness.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in managing learning projects or similar roles within organizations with a technological focus.
Minimum availability of ~4.5 working days per week. The position is based in Herzliya and requires flexibility to travel to Haifa as needed.
Proven ability to coordinate complex learning operations across multiple interfaces.
Experience in delivering training programs: content, logistics, outcomes analysis, and engagement.
Strong project management and communication skills
Academic background in related fields (Human Resources/Organizational Development / Information Systems/Project management or related fields.
Up-to-date with AI trends and learning tech- not mandatory, but a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in behavioral sciences
