Responsibilities:
Monitor several Group Consolidated Financial Statements under IFRS and ISA standard (Annual
and Quarterly)
Lead and manage the Group audit with different auditors around Europe.
Experienced with IFRS (IAS 40, IAS 16, IFRS 16, IAS 12, IFRS 3, IFRS 10)
Monitor closely in-house local controllers within different EU jurisdictions (3-5 controllers)
Supervise and approve the Group financial business model/forecast which mainly involve in high
level: new investments/capex plan, refinance and corporate debt, Analyze and monitor KPIs such
as LTV, CAP, FFO, EBITDA, NOI, Capex, Debt Service, etc.
Monitor external advisors and advice about their final products such as business planning, tax and
group restructuring.
Provide relevant and timely financial information to Management and Headquarters.
Responsible for communication and reports to strategic partners.
Requirements: University/College graduate degree in Accounting (CPA Mandatory)
Very good knowledge of accounting standards and preparation of financial statements mainly in
Holdings, real estate (hospitality industry an advantage)
o 1-3 years of experience in similar position.
Well organized and dedicated to ensure delivery of deadlines.
Team player with flexibility and willingness to support.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (other languages advantage).
Computer literate very good knowledge of Windows and Office
Knowledge of SAP Business One (SBO) an advantage.
