Lead the system process development for new technologies in the textile printing industry (including new inks, workflows, and systems).
Develop applications and conduct experiments to test and refine innovations.
Plan and conduct experiments using existing systems and prototypes
Develop and deliver optimized solutions with a clear performance status and measurable KPIs
Identify gaps in existing processes, propose, and define improvements. Map gaps, opportunities and suggest performance envelope improvements
Draft specifications (software and PRD), define project steps, procedures, and test plans.
Analyze, summarize and present multi component complex issues, using methodological troubleshooting skills.
Act as a bridge between R&D, marketing, and customer needs, becoming an expert in the application of technology to customer requirements.
Analyze complex, multi-component challenges and provide solutions.
Provide support to Customer Service and other Development departments as needed.
Independently manage projects and tasks from initiation to completion.
Requirements: M.Sc. in Applied Physics or related fields of engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a researcher in a complex process industry (such as Pharma, Semiconductors, or Printing) mandatory.
Proven ability to model complex systems and translate insights into relevant research or test plans.
Proven ability of leading a technical forum (task force, work group or project) as a technical focal point
Experience in developing measurement methods and procedures.
High proficiency in English mandatory.
Creative and methodical problem-solver with a quick learning ability, results-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
Advantages
