About the position:
This full-time position is based in Tel Aviv. Were looking for an energetic and driven individual with a passion for both business development and marketing. This hybrid role combines the day-to-day work of an SDRhandling leads, creating business opportunities, and scheduling meetingswith hands-on involvement in marketing initiatives, such as campaign support, content coordination, creative brainstorming, reporting, and production logistics. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates in marketing, communications, or business who are looking to begin their professional journey in a fast-growing, creative environment.
Your day:
With high energy and a proven ability to deliver results, you will play a key role in our marketing and sales efforts through the development of qualified leads that result in scheduled tours for our sales team. You will prospect for new business through different channels and offer the services and advantages that we have to offer. What you will be responsible for, mainly: Sales Development ( SDR )-
* Drive B2B sales conversions and manage leads throughout the pipeline
* Qualify inbound leads and convert them into scheduled meetings for the sales team
* Proactively engage with potential clients across multiple channels (phone, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
* Effectively communicate the company`s value proposition tailored to client needs.
* Conduct proactive outreach to companies to identify and engage new business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, salesforce ).
* Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and execute lead generation ideas Marketing Support.
* Assist in developing marketing briefs for campaigns.
* Coordinate and support production logistics, including photo/video shoots.
* Assist in executing marketing partnerships and collaborations.
* Contribute ideas to newsletters, social media, and other brand channels.
Requirements: Do you have the following experience?
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field required.
* 1+ years of experience in an SDR / business development / marketing role.
