We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join the companys growth efforts in expanding one of its core business activities. As an User Acquisition Manager, you will take a key role in expanding our UA effort by scaling existing channels, exploring new media channels and implementing new buying strategies and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple media channels: Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc.
Manage and optimize budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the companys growth objectives
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify insights to inform optimization strategies, driving positive ROI
Develop and manage relationships with external partners, ad networks, and agencies to leverage their expertise and expand our UA efforts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app marketing and user acquisition
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Monetization, ASO, Product, Creative Studio and Data
Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager, focus on iOS applications
Has track record of running campaigns on ASA, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SDK Networks and programmatic networks.
Hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners and other analytics tools like Firebase, Singular, RevenueCat etc.
Deep Understanding in SKAN 4.0 measurement frameworks and guidelines
Strong analytical skills and able to translate data into actionable insights
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
A team player with excellent communication skills
Fluent English - both verbal and written
Nice-to-have:
Past experience with managing user acquisition activity for Utility apps
Strong understanding of the subscription model for apps
