We are looking for a top-notch, results-driven, passionate Product Marketing Professional to join and support our fast-growing team. This is an opportunity for the right person to quickly utilize product marketing skills, build a Product Marketing function from scratch, support a global sales and marketing team, and focus on conducting product marketing activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing specialized technical product marketing content and building dedicated outbound product campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market plans for the global market that will generate demand, progress the pipeline, enable sales, foster higher conversions, shorten sales cycles and grow our customer base. In this important role, you will interface, collaborate, and leverage team members across the product management, pre-sales, market research, R&D, and functional marketing teams to educate and enable our customers, partners and sales team on the value and advantages of D-Fend Solutions products.
We seek someone who drives to understand, meet and exceed product marketing and product campaign objectives, is great at managing deadlines, implements a close and tight management approach for all programs and is extremely detail oriented. This person can manage relationships in a cross functional organization to collaborate and help to plan and execute product marketing campaigns and programs. This individual will work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams including Product, Pre-Sales, Sales, and the Global Marketing teams.
General Responsibilities:
Initiate, lead, and support end-to-end product-related content, campaigns, programs, promotions, go-to-market plans, and other activities.
Manage product marketing launches, releases, and rollouts with cross-functional cooperation.
In partnership with our Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing Content and MarComm staff, develop and refine messaging, positioning and value propositions, differentiate our products against competition, and adapt our messaging to resonate with our different target market sectors, use cases, buyer personas, and partner ecosystem, for our products and their various deployment configurations.
Build go-to-market plans per product / sector / use case including messaging, positioning. content creation and sales enablement tools.
In partnership with Marketing Content, MarComm, Product, and Pre-Sales staff, develop both business and technical product-related content, including whitepapers, solution briefs, presentations, videos, webinars and more.
In partnership with Product and Market Research, develop sales enablement materials to train and arm the sales team with constant and timely market and competitive intelligence that drives sales productivity, pipeline progression, and sales wins.

3-5 years of proven product marketing experience, both strategic and tactical.
Strong advantage to candidates with B2G, Aerospace, Defense, Military, Homeland Security, Public Safety, and/or Law Enforcement industry experience.
Experience in supporting, educating, and enabling sales staff on selling points, competitor analysis, competitive advantages and more.
ROI-tracking skills, ability to analyze what is or is not cost-effective and working.
Strong speaking, writing and visual skills.
Excellent interpersonal human relations skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Ability to understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
Strong analytical and project and program management capabilities; capable of heavy multi-tasking .
Highly fluent English both in writing and verbally (native mother-tongue English level is an advantage).
Creative and quantitative thinker, detail oriented.
Self-starter, high initiative, and energy.
Familiarity with marketing automation, online marketing, and email campaigns.
