The "Product Lead" is responsible for end-to-end management of the customer’s product line within the organization, overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to mass production and ongoing service. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify, analyze, and understand customer needs, translating them into actionable product strategies. • Develop and implement detailed work plans, including defining service levels and ensuring alignment across various company functions. • Prioritize tasks, projects, and resources with a customer-centric approach, balancing business objectives and technical feasibility. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement. • Conduct performance analysis of products, gather customer insights, and implement data-driven improvements. • Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive product execution and delivery. • Ensure smooth transition from development to mass production while maintaining high quality and operational efficiency. • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or engineering leadership for multidisciplinary products. • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical environment. • Strong background in hardware product development, with a preference for experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing. • Project management expertise (PMP, PMO certification is a plus). • Experience with manufacturing processes and supply chain management—understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) is an advantage. • Technical acumen in hardware, embedded systems, or system architecture—ability to work closely with R&D and engineering teams. • Experience with customer-facing roles, including pre-sales, account management, or technical support, is beneficial. • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
