Required Technical Support - Student Position
Description
Come Join us as a member of the Technical Support Team and part of our Operations, where you will take part in facilitating and managing technical support and monitoring.
Main Responsibilities:
Being part of our customer facing team responsible for technical support and troubleshooting
Working in a 24/7 support hours' shifts
Gathering detailed technical information as needed and investigating issues to solve problems, evaluate and escalate priority issues as needed.
Spotting common trends and underlying problems
Providing reliable resolution of critical and high impact problems for customers
Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
Working closely with our developers and technical teams to solve customers problems efficiently and improve our product
Creatively suggest and build software work-around solutions, including occasional scripting/ coding and customizations
Part and full-time/ weekends position available.

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations from foundational services such as Simple Storage Service (S3) and Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWSs services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, youll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Required Product QA - Student Position
Description
As a Product QA you will be part of a team playing a critical role in the company - monitoring the health of the software and hardware of all client side systems, finding issues, and escalating them to the relevant teams.
This is an entry level job, allowing the Product QA to work with many teams and stakeholders across the company.
What you will be doing on a day-to-day basis:
Monitor videos and data uploaded from systems in the field
Escalate bugs and system malfunctions to the different teams
Provide an analysis of different aspects of the system performance in the field
Create a weekly report on the health and stability of the systems in the field and present it to company stakeholders.

Required NOC- Student Position
As a Monitor Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Responding to events and various technical problems in real-time
Proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues before they become critical problems
Troubleshooting and investigating production issues in our services
Handling issues until resolution with Devops, DBA and R&D teams
Monitoring and liaising activities of the production environment, network, business transactions reports
Direct communication with worldwide partners.
