We are seeking an experienced OD Manager to drive strategic initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee development, performance management, leadership cultivation, and overall organizational effectiveness.
This pivotal role involves collaborating with HR Business Partners, stakeholders, and external vendors to implement tailored OD solutions aligned with the organizations objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of HR programs aligned with organizational goals, fostering a positive workplace culture conducive to growth and success.
Drive improvements in structures, and processes to optimize organizational effectiveness
Design and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning with business objectives and individual career aspirations.
Champion change management efforts by providing guidance and support to stakeholders during periods of organizational transition, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and initiatives.
Act as a catalyst for cultural transformation by promoting values, behaviors, and norms that align with the organizations mission and vision.
Develop and implement strategies to assess and enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify organizational challenges and opportunities, providing expert guidance and solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational development, training, change management, and culture enhancement.
Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR teams, and third-party vendors, to drive collaborative OD initiatives.
This position reports directly to the VP of HR. It is a full time position, on site.
Requirements: Masters degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in designing and implementing successful organizational development strategies and initiatives.
Previous experience as an OD Manager or similar role, particularly in global or consulting environments, is advantageous.
Deep understanding of complex HR processes.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and bilingual communication skills (Hebrew and English), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
