* Master the use and application of a range of energy-based devices for the purpose of aesthetic treatments.
* Organize and deliver product and clinical trainings, hands-on workshops, and lectures to sales and clinical staff, doctors and business partners globally.
* Create and maintain new and existing clinical training materials such presentations, training videos, user guides and online courses.
* Develop treatment protocols for clinical applications.
* Provide ongoing support and education to clients, addressing inquiries and enhancing their understanding of the product.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback.
* Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify training needs.
* Support in product launches, customer product feedback, clinical events and conferences.
* Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and publications.
Requirements: * Degree in a medical field
* Proficiency in English - mother tongue
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability for frequent travel (approximately 10 trips/year)
