Required Staff Full-Stack Engineer

In your role, you will have a high degree of flexibility to shape a fast-growing product from the ground up, working in a high-profile cross-functional team and launching new features at a fast pace.
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for leading, designing, and developing mission-critical product features and services driving our innovative Meetings & Events platform.
What Youll Do:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, scalable software applications from conception to deployment
Architect and implement both client-side and server-side solutions using modern technologies and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team
Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for the engineering organization
Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality, robust code
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our technology stack
Assist the leadership to identify, plan, and execute the long-term vision.
Requirements: 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development
Expert-level proficiency in multiple front-end languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular)
Strong expertise in back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js)
In-depth knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects
Master the understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a staff or principal engineer role
Domain expertise in the travel industry
Contributions to open-source projects
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
