We are looking for a Head of Global Learning to oversee the strategy, development, and execution of all training and development programs within the organization.
What will you do?
Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs and develop programs that address skill gaps and future talent requirements.
Program Development:
Design, deliver, and evaluate a variety of training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
Utilize various instructional methods such as e-learning, workshops, and blended learning approaches.
Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and external vendors.
Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Innovation and Best Practices:
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
Integrate innovative approaches and tools to enhance the learning experience and increase engagement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in L&D or a related field with a strong track record in leadership positions.
Masters degree or higher in Organizational Development, HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field an advantage.
Experience in developing and implementing long-term L&D strategies that align with organizational goals and scaling L&D programs across a multi- national company.
Experience in managing relationships with key organizational stakeholders of diverse job profiles.
Passion for employee growth and a proven track record of developing talent within an organization.
Strong project management skills, able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled in managing change and transition within the organization.
Understanding of and sensitivity to cultural differences and diversity in the workplace.
Familiarity with modern learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
Ability to use data analytics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Expertise in designing, developing, and evaluating training programs and curricula.
Capacity to innovate and implement modern, cutting-edge educational techniques.
Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with external vendors and consultants.
Notable verbal and written communication skills (English).
