* Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field Organizational Development/Learning Technologies/Social Science/Organizational Behavior or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience in the OD&L area.
* Proficiency in creating content, designing, and implementing learning and development sessions
* Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, excellent planning and organizing abilities
* High interpersonal skills and ability to engage and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and in English
* Full Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint as well as other tools such as Canva
