We are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Team Leader, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people manager to join Aspire Global Business Analysis department. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience below the line CRM analysis including A/B testing, Acquisition analysis and Google analytics. The successful candidate will be providing valuable insight into customers behaviour at different stages of their relationship with the company, making recommendations on relationship strategies for different customer segments, and helping to initiate and implement acquisition and CRM initiatives that will boost brand and loyalty. A key aspect of the role will be collaboration with the marketing team in designing engaging campaigns that can be measured and conducting the pre campaign analysis and cost estimations.
What You'll Do
Be an effective member of the Business Analysis leadership team, taking action to set direction and provide leadership for the team
Manage team onboarding, activity, and capacity, putting the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time
Manage performance by setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, regular one to one
discussion, agreeing personal development plans and all line management duties for direct reports
Take an active role as a Business Analysis by hands-on on CRM and Acquisition analysis
Collaborate with the marketing team in the design of engaging campaigns that can be analysed and conduct pre campaign analysis
Push the team to continuously deliver customer insights and make recommendations by performing post campaign analysis
Provide support for the development of predictive models, customer segmentation studies, and reports
Understand performance and explain the story behind the numbers, prepare data sets for the analysis by querying multiple data sources
Define and implement measurement strategies producing meaningful marketing KPIs and reports with actionable insights/actions
Identify opportunities to improve business/marketing performance Manage Snr. Stakeholder Expectations
Answer business questions using data and analytic techniques, providing fact-based responses
Demonstrate the value of your analytical outputs in terms of decision-making improvement
Educate business users and leaders on how to measure performance
Requirements: What We're Looking For:
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, managing relationships at all levels with business.
Versatility to adapt to new challenges and ways of working to deliver results and build a successful team in a changing environment.
Extensive experience (over 5 years) in a data analytics role, ideally in CRM and acquisition analysis from the Gambling industry big advantage.
Proven experience with designing, developing, and deploying clear and visual dashboards and reports - Power BI - big advantage.
SQL expert Degree in science, economics, mathematics, computer science, or statistics.
Python, R or equivalent an advantage.
English- fluent speaking and writing capabilities.
