The Organic Growth Managers are an integral part of our Marketing Brand & Strategy Department. This is a truly challenging position that requires great analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Be the gatekeeper to our games by articulating the story of our apps through our app store pages on all platforms (Google Play, App Store, Amazon, Windows, Facebook, Web)
Make sure our App Store Pages and Websites are fully optimized for Search Visibility and Conversion
Maintain close coordination with other Marketing teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment throughout the marketing funnel
Work with Marketings Creative team to plan and deliver creatives that tell the story of our games beautifully
Formulate and execute experiment strategy for all products to determine the optimal design
Research Marketing strategy to identify, strategize, and push for implementation of new opportunities based on findings
Work with game studios to execute activities on the product level to drive organic traffic to the apps
Requirements: Bachelors Degree from a leading institution
1+ years experience working with app store consoles & ASO tools, with a deep understanding of optimization tactics
Proven analytical competencies
Storyteller and creative thinker, someone who can communicate ideas and guide designers and copywriters
Great personal and presentation skills
Research-Oriented A curious individual who loves digging into qualitative and quantitative data, and loves deriving actions from it even more
Strong background in Excel, statistical knowledge - a plus
Very advanced/Native English A MUST
2+ years of experience as a Strategic Consultant, Advertising Planner, Market Researcher, or similar fields - an advantage
