What will you be doing:
* Manage SE Sales and Support warehouse (3PL) daily activities, including issuing work plans.
* Mentor and train other sales and support hubs globally.
* Develop and oversee weekly, quarterly, and annual plans and forecasts.
* Monitor supply plans, inventory levels, and supervise inventory cycle counts.
* Track order preparation, fulfillment, and communicate with relevant parties.
* Analyze shipment data and progress against quarterly targets.
* Prioritize shipments based on stock availability, customer needs, and warehouse capacity.
* Participate in the development of distribution centers and depots in SolarEdge territories worldwide.
* Initiate process improvements in the order fulfillment process.
* Lead projects to optimize delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
* Utilize ERP, QlikView BI, and Agile systems in daily work.
* Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the games Back Office system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc
Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, events, and live tests

With the responsibility of helping us serve over 750 internal users within the GTM organization, you will directly contribute to strategic decision-making, drive business growth, and enhance operational efficiency within our unified GTM Data Analysts group.

In your broad role as a Data Analyst: Go-to-Market, your activities will straddle two key scopes: GTM analytics and marketing analytics.

Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and issue resolution and communication.
Work with Customer's App development team to troubleshoot any SDK implementation issues
Work with our Engineering and Product teams on escalations and product enhancement requests.
Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and other internal teams to provide technical support
Enrich our client Knowledge Base with relevant technical information
Contribute to the improvement of the Support AI tools
