We are Looking for a Data Analyst who will join our growing Product Analytics team.
This person will take part in designing, developing and maintaining scalable solutions for measuring our product. Facilitating conversion of real-time data into powerful insights.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive product development and customer engagement.
Collaborate with product managers to define, track, and optimize key product metrics and KPIs related to user behavior, adoption, and performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring of product performance and customer metrics.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to assess the impact of new product features and user experience improvements.
Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders across the business, including executive leadership.
Use SQL, Python, and other analytical tools to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets for in-depth analysis.
Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and operations) to ensure data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.
Monitor and improve data quality by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, gaps, and inaccuracies in product data.
Support forecasting and predictive modeling efforts with DS team to help anticipate user behavior, market trends, and product demand.
Identify opportunities for automation in data collection, analysis, and reporting to streamline product analytics processes.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or product analytics, preferably in fintech or a related industry.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with strong skills in extracting, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets from multiple sources.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to create dashboards and reports for tracking product KPIs.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects within the same domain while ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in data analysis and product analytics.
