Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Utilize statistical methods to derive actionable insights that can enhance product performance and user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and customer success, to identify areas for improvement in our products.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of product changes. Use the findings to iterate and refine product strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics, performance indicators, and other relevant data. Regularly report findings to stakeholders.
Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. Identify opportunities to enhance data infrastructure, analysis processes, and reporting capabilities.
Customer KPI Identification: Collaborate closely with customers, CSMs , product and engineering to identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will bring significant value to our customers.
Requirements:
BA/B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Economics/ Business or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Experience with web/mobile data analysis is preferred.
Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar and with data visualization tools such as Looker - advantage, Tableau, Power BI.
Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven product strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make data-backed recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and insights clearly.
Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for diving into data to uncover meaningful insights.
