We are looking for a Core Product Analytics Team Leader to join our vibrant Data team in Tel-Aviv. If you are a hands-on manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, along with managing a product analytics team, this is your unique opportunity. As a Core Product Analytics Team Leader, will lead the analysis area of paid users and provide analyses and insights that will identify business opportunities and take a significant part of the product growth& engagement.

* Manage a team of analysts who provide top-notch analysis, insights, and recommendations to align Artlist's products with business goals; and conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover new opportunities.
* Lead the development of key measures to ensure product health and business growth.

* Design and implement A/B tests and other product analytics methodologies to evaluate product performance and user behavior
* Design, build, and maintain product-related analyses and dashboards for various roles.
* Serve as an analytical focal point for Management and key stakeholders for all product data related matters.
Requirements: * 7+ years of experience as a product analyst, preferably in SaaS companies.
* 3+ years of experience in leading product analytics teams, preferably in SaaS companies.
* Excellent analytical skills, combined with a broad and comprehensive business vision.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven story-telling skills.
* Quick-thinking, fast learner and problem solver.
* Readiness to work in a high paced, dynamic and challenging environment
* Excellent hands-on SQL skills.
* Expertise in a data visualization tool ( Tableau - big advantage)
* Master abilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent English skills
* Statistical knowledge and experience using statistics for analyzing datasets. Required education : B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Science/Data Systems Management or an equivalent background
