Roles and Responsibilities:
Management of the Ambassadors office, travel and diary;
Event management & supporting official visits;
Management of the Ambassadors Residence including liaison with service providers;
Engagement with Israeli Foreign Ministry and Embassy partners;
Networking with local Embassy contacts and maintaining up-to-date contact databases;
Providing excellent customer service; responding to public queries received by the Embassy over telephone, email and in-person;
Greeting and welcoming visitors to the Embassy in a professional manner;
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Previous experience in a diplomatic mission is desirable;Flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness showing strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks;Solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering results;
Fully bilingual in English and Hebrew (language test may be included as part of the shortlisting process);Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Excel);All applicants must have a permanent legal right to reside and work in Israel.
Terms and conditions of employment:The successful candidate will be hired on a permanent basis, with a 6-month period of probation.
Please note that the Embassy of Ireland is open from Monday to Friday.The starting salary for the position is 14,101.00 NIS gross per month + a 13th month bonus (paid in 2 annual instalments).
