Responsibilities:
1. A key member of the R D department.
2. Management of new products transfer to production process.
3. Leading DFM activities during the development phase.
4. Development of products in-house manufacturing process, such as: CNC, Wire EDM, EDM, plastic / metal mold injection, laser welding / cutting / marking, surface treatment, assembly, packaging and more
5. Working with sub-contractors to establish new manufacturing lines.
6. Develop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, product labels).
7. Design and manufacture production jigs.
8. Engineering POC for all production difficulties and improvements.
Requirements: Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
2. Minimum of two years of proven experience as an NPI Engineer or in similar roles.
3. Experience with CNC manufacturing process advantage.
4. Experience from medical companies advantage.
5. Should have A broad systemic view of processes with the ability to drill down to details.
6. Should have the ability to work independently or as a team member in a matrix structure team.
7. Fast learner, managing skills and ability to investigate complex problems and implement improvements.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
