We are looking to add a best in class e-commerce Marketing Director to build the marketing team and lead all aspects of e-commerce marketing.
The E-Commerce Marketing Director is responsible for providing direction, guidance and leadership to the marketing department, and most importantly for driving revenue/ROIs. the marketing department
will consist of 10-15 people as a start and is expected to further grow as the business evolves.
A deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales is imperative for success in the role. The candidate will need to be highly data driven and will be responsible for implementing best-in-class practices in the areas of SEO, paid media (GDN, SEM, social, content), affiliate marketing, email marketing, personalization, conversion optimization, UX, and more.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in e-commerce.
2+ years of experience in managing a team.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Business savvy and able to spot value opportunities.
Analytical and able to optimize large scale activities using data.
Driven and results-orientated.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or Similar required.
Fluent in high-level English.
Previous ad agency experience a plus.
MBA a plus.
