A successful online marketing services company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruiting team. You will be responsible for various channels to search potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Responsibilities • Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques, such as Linkedin Recruiter, social network and many more • Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for clicklogiq positions • Conduct deep phone interviews
Requirements:
1-3 years experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role Proven experience with vast sourcing techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English BSc in Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences or equivalent
