Job Type: Full Time
Responsibility for general office management (calendar management, handling suppliers' billings, preparing presentations, handling translations etc.).
Record keeping (electronic and hard copy filing of documents). 
Contract management (responsibility for the entire process until final execution of a contract including circulation and filing).
Managing contract-related insurance matters.
Managing legal updates (new regulation and ruling).
Create and manage departmental databases and generate reference tools for easy use by the department (departmental tasks, litigation files, insurance portfolio, trademark portfolio, subsidiaries corporate files etc.).
Maintain and update Group databases.
Participation in different meetings (minutes, follow-up on action items).
Assisting the department lawyers with the operational aspects of transactions.
Requirements:
BA.
Experience as a Paralegal assistant.
At least 5 years' experience in office management and providing administrative assistance.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (oral and written).
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
