Define manual and automated testing practices and methodologies
Guide development teams in adhering to testing and automation methodologies
Track and manage Field Issues and guide the Tier-3 development team through issue resolution
Track and provide continuous and coherent quality status based on metrics and KPIs
Act as the primary point of contact for all quality aspects of the products
Track and act to close quality debt.

Responsibilities::
Manage the QA Automation Team ensuring they have the technical skills, commitment, procedures and tools.? Design and develop QA methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient automation across projects. Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to management? Train, mentor and lead the professional growth for team members on Quality Assurance procedures? Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues? Stay up-to-date on new product development and changes to existing products? Plan and lead testing initiatives to ensure software releases exceed requirements? Take ownership of quality health (e.g. testing coverage, performance, best practices, etc.)?
