In one sentence -
We're looking for an admin assistant to join one of the most interesting units in the company as a member of the COO & CFO admin team.
Working hours: 12:00-21:00, 5 days a week; its a full-time job with a few Fridays/quarter.
What will your job look like?
You will provide administrative assistance and support to Amdocs COO & CFO in a broad spectrum of responsibilities, such as:
Schedule management .
Business travel.
Leading internal projects like social events, welfare activities, training sessions, and workshops.
Maintaining a strong back-office support.
Working with a large variety of people all around the world.
Requirements:

Highly proactive with strong work ethic coupled with a sense of urgency, responsibility and trust.
Ability to make decisions and recommendations for situations not falling clearly within established rules or guidelines
Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive, privileged, confidential and/or non-public information in an appropriate manner.
Out of the box thinking.
Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken business English.
Practical business / administrative experience.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
